Students with a KU Online ID

  • Note: Your KU Online ID is not your KU Student Identification Number. Your KU Online ID is the same username and password that you use to log into Enroll & Pay and your KU Email. If you do not have a KU Online ID and you wish to create one, you may go here: https://myidentity.ku.edu/setup/login. You will need to know your seven-digit KU ID number. If you do not know this number, you may request it by following the instructions here: http://www.registrar.ku.edu/enrollment/id_number.shtml.
  • If you have forgotten your KU Online ID password go to the identity management website and follow the instructions on how to reset it.
  • If this is the first time you have ordered a transcript online you will need to create an account. Once you have logged in with your KU Online ID, you will be redirected to a page that looks similar to this. Follow the ordering instructions to complete your transaction.

Processing and Delivery

Expedited Orders - Same Day Processing

Transcripts ordered by 1:00pm CST (12:00pm MST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm (12:00pm MST) will be processed the next business day. You will be notified by email when your order has been completed.


Regular Orders

Usually processed within one to three business days. You will be notified by email when your order has been completed.


Delivery Method

  • Electronic Certified PDF Transcript
    • It is the responsibility of the person requesting the transcript to verify that the recipient will accept an Electronic PDF Transcript. If the recipient will not accept it, all charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipped by Federal Express
    • Federal Express guarantees delivery service by 3:00 PM the following business day. A Federal Express tracking number will be included with your email notification.
  • First Class Mail
    • Orders will be sent out the same business day when ordered before 1:00 PM CST (12:00 PM MST), and sent out the next business day when ordered after 1:00 PM CST (12:00 PM MST).
  • Pick Up in Strong Hall, Room 151 - A valid photo ID is required to pick up a transcript.
