Scholarship Reports

Each semester the Office of the University Registrar generates a scholarship report based on the grade point average (GPA) of all students. This report is used for judging future scholarship criteria. It is also helpful in tracking enrollment, demographic, and gender trends among the student population. The report is broken down into categories and information is available based on gender, student level and school.

These reports are for undergraduate degree seeking students at the Lawrence and Edwards campus. The GPA calculation is performed by summarizing all of the earned grade points for the selection then dividing by the hours attempted for GPA for each population. The units and attempted hours are for the specified term - not cumulative for each student.
