Transcripts

  • The University Registrar's office does not produce unofficial transcripts.
  • Transcript requests are usually processed between one and three days after the Office of the University Registrar receives the request. During periods of high volume, however, it may take significantly longer to process your transcript request. Contact our office at 785-864-4423 for the current processing time.
  • See below for instructions on how to obtain an official transcript and for explanations of transcipt terms and transcript questions.

Beginning on July 1, 2009 you may order your transcript online. This is the quickest, most efficient method to order a transcript. We will continue to honor paper form requests until October 1, 2009. Beginning on October 1, 2009 paper request forms will only be accepted if the transcript is being ordered by a third party (with an appropriate signed release and payment upfront) or by a very limited exception process. Please note: If you have a hold that prevents a transcript from being ordered, you may not use the paper form to circumvent the hold.

How to order your transcript

You can order transcripts online, in person in 151 Strong Hall, by mail, or by fax. Please check for any holds on your student account before you fax a request. If you are a current or former KUMC student, you must order transcripts from the Office of the Registrar on the KUMC campus.
