In order to pickup or have your diploma mailed to you, sign in to the Enroll & Pay system, click on Student Center, choose Diploma Delivery Request from the drop-down menu list that starts as other academic... under the Academics section or click on Graduation in the upper left hand corner menu and choose Diploma Delivery Request. The fee for mailing a diploma is $10.00 if mailed in the U.S. and $25.00 if mailed outside of the U.S. Unclaimed diplomas will be destroyed one year after graduation. Replacement diplomas are $20 if mailed in the United States and $35 if mailed outside of the United States. They are ordered in the same manner as the original by signing into the Enroll & Pay system, click on Student Center, choose Diploma Delivery Request from the drop-down menu list that starts as other academic... under the Academics section or click on Graduation in the upper left hand corner menu and choose Diploma Delivery Request. Diplomas will not be provided for students with financial and other obligations to the University. Photo ID is required to pick up your diploma in Strong 151B; written authorization is required to release diploma to another person; those picking up your diploma must have a photo ID. Graduation Students must apply to graduate on-line by signing into the Enroll & Pay system, click on Student Center, choose Apply For Graduation from the drop-down menu list that starts as other academic... under the Academics section or click on Graduation in the upper left hand corner menu and choose KU Apply for Graduation. Undergraduates must have finished at least 75 hours of course work in order to apply for graduation. Be aware that if you apply to graduate and need to change your application to a different semester you must contact your school or college to initiate the change process. The dates to apply for graduation are listed below. Be aware that your school or college may have an earlier deadline. Look for mailings about graduation fairs and ads in the paper in the spring and fall semesters. Degree Degrees are awarded three times a year to undergraduate and law students who have met all requirements by the last day of final examinations for each of the three terms: fall semester, spring semester and summer session. Degrees are awarded three times a year, May, August and December, to graduate students who have met all the requirements as of the date specified by the Graduate School and published in the Graduate Catalog.
