Establish an Online ID
You can get an Online ID or change your password at http://www.technology.ku.edu. Questions about your online ID should be directed to IT Customer Service Center or itcsc@ku.edu.
You must know your KU Student Identification number to create an online ID. If you do not remember your KU Student Identification number fax or mail a copy of a photo ID using the contact information listed below. You also need to indicate how you want us to contact you to provide you with your KU Student Identification Number (phone, email, fax, etc.).
