Enrollment Certification
There are times when students may need documentation from the University of Kansas stating their enrollment status. Usually this is required for purposes related primarily to insurance issues, but there are instances when Enrollment Certification may be necessary for scholarships or military identification.
Students should mail or bring in an Enrollment Certification form to the Office of the University Registrar - Room 151 Strong Hall.

Some information is available to the public without the student's signature, but more specific information (i.e. credit hours, GPA, ect.) can only be released by providing a form signed by the student.

Third Party Requests:
The Office of the University Registrar does not provide documentation of enrollment status at the request of a third party. Third parties must submit their request to the Student Clearing House online, by telephone (703.742.4200), or by fax (703.742.4239).
